Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Project/Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct the planning and execution of construction projects
from inception to completion
Assign responsibilities, set project deadlines, and monitor all
project phases
Prepare comprehensive status reports for upper management
Required Qualifications
At least 8+ years of experience in preconstruction and construction
roles
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is
preferred
Extensive experience in construction project management
Demonstrated ability to implement projects in live operational
settings
Strong preference for candidates with experience in remodeling
projects within operational sites
