Job Description:
We are looking for a Director Global Procurement Direct CMO
Advanced Therapy to provide strategic leadership and direction with
a focus on Advanced Therapy Procurement. The role focuses on a very
exciting part of Regenerons molecule portfolio which includes Cell
and Gene, Antibody Drug Conjugates, SiRNAs, Virus Like Particles &
AAVs among other non MaB therapeutic areas. This role plays a
critical part in driving performance across the IOPS External
Manufacturing categories including alignment with partner goals,
driving towards competitive advantages (strategic and financial),
optimizing supplier relationships, including small and diverse
suppliers. This role works in close collaboration with IOPS
Stakeholders to enable company revenue targets and the new product
pipeline. The role will be accountable for managing direct reports
to drive short-term priorities and the long-term vision to support
internal partner and Global Procurement priorities. They will lead
the development, retention, and recruiting of talent to enable the
companys Commercial Procurement team. This includes collaborating
with the Executive Director Direct on performance goals, coaching
and mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work
environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. A
typical day might include: Lead the composition, development and
execution of category strategies in CMO Advanced Therapy; Translate
category strategies into achievable and significant sourcing
projects that deliver value to Regeneron and its patients; Partner
with Direct Procurement Leadership colleagues to ensure strategies
evolve as Regeneron and its pipeline evolves; Implement category
strategies to meet objectives, including meeting our ESG objectives
(sustainability, supplier diversity); Collaborate with other parts
of Global Procurement to best manage cross-category suppliers;
Collaborate and implement a best in class partner management
program; Implement and manage technology solutions to drive value
via efficiency and effectiveness Build and manage a team that
provides all CMO Advanced Therapy Procurement support globally;
Continually enhance capability and capacity through ongoing talent
development; establishing/communicating criteria for evaluating
staff performance; managing direct reports, implementation of
consistent work processes; and This role may be for you if you:

and trust both within and outside of the organization. Operate with
integrity, focus, clarity, and sound judgement in an environment of
ambiguity. Can influence and partner with senior executives and
peer functions to drive strategic change and efficiency. Ability to
identify root causes and develop solutions to address complex
problems. Problem solving, risk management, program rollouts, and
ability to put together forecasts for volume and savings.
Negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to adapt in
fast paces and ever-evolving space. To be considered we need
someone with at least 12 years or more experience in relevant
functions or industries, demonstrating growth in experience, scale,
and development throughout. The ideal candidate will have in-depth
knowledge of CMOs & External Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical
field procurement categories. *This role requires working onsite 5

- $282,600.00
