join the team. JOB: We are currently looking for a Bid-Market
Closer to help build the Greater Boston area by uncovering,
closing, and managing new construction/retrofit projects focused on
fire alarm, security, and integration systems in the bid
specifications. This person will serve as point of contact to
really develop and nurture relationships with electrical and
general contractors, as well as engineers/architects to grow the
business. The right person for this role will be able to interpret
technical drawings for the engineering/operations teams, proven
track record of building a book of relationships in a territory,
and is well-versed in low voltage fire security. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone coming from the industry to
impact the growth of one of the most recognized fire and security
companies in the country. QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of territory sales
experience, preferably in the commercial development industry
Project Management and Engineering experience in fire protection is
a great substitute for lack of sales experience 5 years
establishing a client base with proven successful history of
relationship development, lead generation and selling design
concepts/ideas Bid Market experience Reliable transportation and
ability to travel throughout territory Fire and safety experience,
specifically low voltage NICET certification is a plus Must reside
in the New England Region BENEFITS: $100-125k base depending on
