Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for complex, ground-up commercial projects in the New Haven area. This role requires hands-on leadership, a sharp eye for quality and safety, and deep coordination skills from site mobilization through final punch list. Client Details Our client is a long-standing general contractor known for delivering institutional, office, medical, and mixed-use projects throughout Connecticut. Description Lead daily jobsite operations and manage all field activities from groundbreaking to TCO Coordinate site logistics, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections Maintain and drive the master construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager Enforce safety policies and proactively identify and resolve risks on site Ensure work is executed per plans, specs, and quality standards Conduct daily huddles, weekly subcontractor meetings, and ensure clear site communication Maintain project documentation, logs, and field reports Work collaboratively with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors to drive performance Profile 7 years of ground-up superintendent experience.
