seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse II to be part of
our Hematology/Oncology team. This position offers a unique

life-changing patient care outcomes. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to hematology/oncology patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop
effective treatment plans. Administer chemotherapy and other
medications, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans
as necessary. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatment options, and health management. Participate in
research activities and apply new knowledge to clinical practice.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic
environment for patients and staff. Proficiency in administering
chemotherapy and managing side effects Strong understanding of
hematology/oncology diseases and treatments Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a
multidisciplinary team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Compassionate patient care with a dedication to ethical standards
Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
Oncology Nursing Certified (OCN) preferred
