plan Vision insurance Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years
of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers
an excellent opportunity to engage in comprehensive practice of law
in the commercial real estate area. The ideal candidate will have a
deep understanding of real estate law, with a particular focus on
commercial transactions and zoning regulations. This role will
require a strong commitment to client service, the ability to work
on a team as well as individually, and the ability to manage
multiple ongoing projects. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal
counsel and support for commercial real estate transactions,
including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. 2.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents,
including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing
documents, and other related documents. 3. Conduct thorough legal
research and analysis related to commercial real estate
transactions and zoning regulations. 4. Provide legal advice and
guidance on zoning and land use issues, including variances,
special permits, and zoning compliance. 5. Represent the company in
legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings related to commercial
real estate transactions and zoning issues. 6. Collaborate with
other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the
effective and efficient handling of commercial real estate matters.
7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends
in commercial real estate and zoning to provide accurate and timely
advice to clients. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from
an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law,
including significant experience with zoning issues. 4. Strong
knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and zoning regulations.
5. Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex
commercial real estate documents. 6. Excellent legal research and
writing skills. 7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to
effectively represent clients in legal proceedings. 8. Ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 9. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal. 10. Strong
commitment to client service and the ability to work both
independently and as part of a team. 11. High level of
professionalism and ethical standards. This is a unique opportunity
