dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse III for our Neuro Progressive
Care Unit. This role is instrumental in providing advanced
neurological care and ensuring the well-rounded recovery of
patients who require constant monitoring due to the severity or

optimize recovery and ensure safety in the Neuro Progressive Care
Unit. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop
customized treatment plans. Conduct assessments, administer
medications, and maintain detailed documentation. Provide emotional
support and education to patients and their families regarding
neurological conditions. Supervise a team of nurses and support
staff; facilitate continuous education and professional growth
within the unit. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
neurological care Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize
interventions Proficiency in using medical software for patient
records Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to
educate and mentor less experienced nursing staff Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in
Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) preferred BLS/ACLS certification
