/> Job Details Qualifications: To be considered for the role of
Permanent Attorney (Land Use), you must have: 1. A Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the
state bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in land use law,
with a focus on municipal law, SEQRA, wetlands, and stormwater
management. 4. Proven experience representing clients in
administrative and judicial proceedings. 5. Strong legal research
and writing skills, with an ability to communicate complex legal
concepts clearly and effectively. 6. Excellent negotiation skills,
with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. 7.
A client-focused approach, with strong interpersonal and
relationship-building skills. 8. An ability to work effectively in
a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 9. A commitment to
maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and
